Our reference 3648 / 1 comes in outstanding condition and a stunning blue sigma sunburst dial with the Patek Philippe manual Cal. 23-300. Icing on the cake is the integrated 18k yellow gold mesh bracelet made by Jean-Pierre Ecoffey.
