Returns & Exchanges
- You may return any item within 14 days of receipt.
- Products must be in their original condition and packaging.
- For watches, please contact our team first — we’ll guide you through our insured return process.
- Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal under §13 BGB.

Damages During Transport
- If your parcel arrives damaged, please report it to the courier immediately and contact us within 3 days.
- Include a brief description and photos so we can assist with the insurance claim.
Legal Notice
- For private customers (§13 BGB), the shipping risk is carried by GOLDAMMER until delivery.
- For business customers (§14 BGB), risk transfers upon handover to the carrier.
