This is a very unusual and rare Patek Philippe Ref. 4183 which comes in an Art Deco form with a yellow gold Square case. This beauty is in overall great condition and has an unusual look.
It hits all the high notes with an 18k yellow gold case and a wonderful blue Sigma dial with inside ellipse design. The icing on the cake is the integrated 18k yellow gold mesh bracelet - it is stealing the show no matter where you go.
