When the Rolex Oysterquartz Datejust was introduced in 1977, the 5035 movements were not sent to the COSC, so the Oysterquartz Datejust manufactured during the years 77-79 don't wear the text Superlative Chronometer Officially Certified.
For example, our Two Tone piece only has three lines and is called a Mark 1 Dial or a three liner. They are rarer, and it's near impossible to find them in near untouched condition like our example.
