Here we have a beautifully finished 18k yellow gold Vacheron Constantin dress watch in an rectangular design from the 1970s.

This particular piece is notable for its vertical brushed golden Sigma dial, which indicates that the stick hands and hour markers are made of 18k gold too. It comes in fantastic overall condition.
