Vacheron Constantin 18k Sub Second 1940s

Here we have a beautifully finished Vacheron Constantin dress watch from the 1940s with down turned lugs and an amazingly designed dial with so many details that it's difficult to mention them all. 

This particular piece is notable for its great condition, a strong 18k yellow gold case and beautiful arranged golden roman numerals at 3, 9 and 12 o'clock.
