Our manual wind Cartier Ellipse Paris Ref. 78091 features a beautiful 32,5 mm 18k yellow gold case with a stunning stepped bezel. Of course, also this piece is finished with the characterizing blued steel minute and hour hand which makes this an absolute eye catcher.
