Here we have an excellent representation of Patek Philippes Ellipse dress watches, this ref. 3989 hit all the high notes with an 18k yellow gold case with Clous de Paris bezel finish, a wonderful white dial in great condition with roman numerals and slim leaf hands.

Our model is very rare because of the sub second, the most Ellipse models come without it and it includes the original Patek Philippe strap, 18k Patek Philippe yellow gold buckle and the original Patek Philippe certificate of authenticity.
