Art in Motion — A Jumbo Patek with Stardust Soul

Bold yet refined, this Patek Philippe Ref. 3585 from the 1980s stands apart with its jumbo-sized 36mm case, unique reverse crown placement, and a dial that looks like it was painted by the stars.

The navy blue Sigma dial — crafted from solid gold and adorned with a fine textured finish — has developed a mesmerizing stardust-like patina, making this watch feel more like a canvas than a timekeeper. Its clean design and minimalist layout are contrasted by hidden eccentricity: the Caliber 350 is wound automatically, but the crown is discreetly tucked on the caseback — a hallmark of Patek’s innovative era.

Worn on its original Patek Philippe leather strap with matching 18k buckle, this rare reference is not just oversized for its time — it’s oversized in character.
