Here we have a beautifully finished Vacheron Constantin dress watch from 1947 with unique tear drop lugs and an amazing linen dial with so many details that it's difficult to mention them all. 

This particular piece is notable for its beautiful white linen dial and a strong unpolished 18k yellow gold case.
