Here we have a beautifully finished Vacheron Constantin dress watch from the 1970s with an amazingly designed silver dial, sub second and filigree yellow gold hour markers and hands.

This particular piece is notable for its great condition and a strong 18k yellow gold ultra thin Patrimony case.
