Vacheron Constantin Sub Second 18k 1955

Here we have a beautifully finished Vacheron Constantin dress watch from 1955 with down turned lugs and an amazingly designed dial with so many details that it's difficult to mention them all. 

This particular piece is notable for its great condition and a strong 18k yellow gold case.
