Here we have a beautifully finished 18k yellow gold Vacheron Constantin dress watch in a tank design from the 1970s. This particular piece is notable for its beautiful 18k sigma dial, applied Vacheron Logo, a strong 18k yellow gold case and onyx layered hands and hour marker. It comes with the original Vacheron leather strap and 18k yellow gold VC buckle.
