The classic Cartier Ellipse is one of the twelve original models of the Louis Cartier Collection, introduced in 1973. The „PARIS“ text at six o’clock on the dial denotes that this Cartier was retailed out of a boutique in Paris or London.

Our manual wind Cartier Ellipse Paris Ref. 78091 features a beautiful 32,5 mm 18k yellow gold case with a stunning stepped bezel and blue sapphire cabochon crown. The characterizing Cartier blued steel minute and hour hand making it an absolute eye catcher.
