Cartier Stepped Black 1970s

Here we have a very rare Cartier dress watch in a square shaped case and fancy triple stepped bezel and stunning original black gilt dial.

These were produced for a short time in the 1970's with 18k gold electroplated cases for the American market in a style very similar to the famous Christallor solid gold models of the same era.

• great overall condition, showing minor traces of use (unpolished)
• 3- body 18k yellow gold plated case with snap-on case-back
• 27.5 mm (without crown) / 27.5 mm (lug-to-lug) / 17 mm (between lugs) / 7.9 mm thick
