Here we have an excellent representation of Patek Philippes's dress watches, this ref. 3846 hit all the high notes with an 18k yellow gold case, small lugs and a wonderful blue Sigma dial. 

Additionally the dial is made entirely of gold, as indicated by the Sigma symbols at the bottom of the dial.

And now the icing on the cake, it comes in near NOS condition with the original strap and buckle including Box/Papers/Certificate.
