Here we have an excellent representation of Patek Philippes Ellipse dress watches, this ref. 3948 hit all the high notes with an 18k yellow gold case, a wonderful rare enamel dial in flawless condition with golden stick hour markers and alpha handset. Our model is very rare because of the sub second, the most Ellipse models come without it.

The cherry on the cake that it comes in all original condition including the original alligator strap and 18k yellow gold Patek buckle.
