Our reference 3838/J comes in fantastic condition and a flawless blue sigma sunburst dial including the original Patek Philippe leather strap and 18k yellow gold Patek Philippe buckle. It just back from professional service at Patek Philippe. We opened the sealed service back only to take the pictures.
