Here’s one for the purists: the Patek Philippe Reference 3546, introduced in the late 1960s, is everything we love about vintage Patek in one clean, no-frills package.
Cased in 18k yellow gold (some outliers exist in white), the 3546 comes in at a refined 27mm, which was standard for the era and wears like a dream on modern wrists that appreciate vintage sizing.
Inside is the manually wound Caliber 23-300, a high-grade, ultra-thin movement that Patek was using across its classic dress models at the time. It’s reliable, beautifully finished, and helps keep the case profile razor-thin, which adds to the whole “fits under any cuff” appeal.
Best part is that it come with the original Patek Philippe certificate from 1971.
