Our reference 3648, also known as the mid-size model comes in outstanding condition and a stunning blue sigma sunburst dial with Patek Philippe Cal. 23-300.
Special on this one is that it has a double signed silver colored dial with the name of jeweler "HAUSMANN" from Italy where it was sold in the first place including its original Hausmann strap and Patek 18k buckle.
