These rare reference 3649/1 from the Patek Philippe Onyx line is truly something special and you won´t see everyday. The big rectangular two-body 18k yellow gold case with stepped bezel and an integrated 18k yellow gold tubular bracelet is turning heads for sure. Clean black Onyx stone dial with the golden dauphine hands and the crown with onyx cabochon taking this watch to top notch level.
