Here we have the reference 3667 - a uncommon interpretation of Patek Philippes Ellipse line. It is in no way inferior to the classic Ellipses with an 18k yellow gold case, golden fully hammered dial in flawless condition with stick hands and hour markers.

What here stands out is obviously the hammered dial, which is a perfect example for the gorgeous craftsmanship in watchmaking of Patek Philippe. Inside we find the manual wind caliber 177. Icing on the cake is that it comes with the original Patek Philippe leather strap and original 18k yellow gold Patek Philippe buckle.
