Here we have a beautifully finished 18k yellow gold Vacheron Constantin dress watch in a rectangular case design from the 1970s.
This particular piece is notable for its cream Sigma dial, 18k yellow gold stick hands and hour markers, Vacheron Logo and a strong 18k yellow gold case in unpolished condition.
