Here we have a beautifully finished 18k yellow gold Vacheron Constantin dress watch in a rectangular case design from the 1970s.
This particular piece is notable for its white/silver dial, 18k yellow gold stick hands and hour marker with onyx inlays (Sigma dial), Vacheron Logo and a strong 18k yellow gold case.
It is worth mention the excellent condition of the dial and case including an original 18k yellow gold buckle and original Vacheron Constantin alligator leather strap.
