Here we have a beautiful example of a time only, 35 mm 18k rose gold Vacheron Constantin from the 1940s. This piece has beautiful silver/white dial with Guilloché chapter ring , applied rose gold hour markers and hands.

The attention to detail of the hour markers and elegance of the clean dial is rarely seen done so well. This is a classic example of a VC dress watch with simple indicating hours, minutes and seconds and a 18k rose gold Spillmann case.
