Here we have a beautifully finished Vacheron Constantin dress watch from the 1940s with fancy teardrop lug design, arabic numerals and sub second layout with railroad minute track.

The 18k rose gold case is playing so well with gold indexes and hands. This piece it literally history that you can touch.
