Here we have a beautifully finished Vacheron Constantin dress watch from the 1960s with an amazingly designed silver vertical brushed dial, sub second and filigree yellow gold hour markers and hands. This particular piece is notable for its strong 18k yellow gold ultra thin Patrimony case.
