Here we have a beautifully finished 18k yellow gold Vacheron Constantin dress watch in a rectangular case design from the 1970s. This particular piece is notable for its all over punched basket finishing, which we have seen for the first time. It´s a true flagship for Swiss craftsmanship of the 1970s.
